Shipping Destinations: We ship exclusively within the European Union.
Shipping Costs:
- Germany: €4.99 — free shipping on orders over €125.00
- EU countries: €4.99 — free shipping on orders over €125.00
Delivery Times
- Germany: 2–3 business days after payment is received
- EU countries: 3–6 business days after payment is received
Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped with DHL.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the DHL website.
